Today I find myself at Kent State University in Ohio, a place that will forever be marked by what happened there on this date in 1970. It was another time of deep division in the United States and we cannot let ourselves forget the series of events that led the National Guard to fire on student protesters with live ammunition. Four young people were killed and several others were wounded. The nation as a whole was forced to confront the tragic aftermath of escalating violence. Several years ago,
